The Equity Audit

For organisations who want to understand their true DEI starting point and are looking for an in-depth analysis of their current DEI performance, using a structured framework of review. 

The Equity Audit covers 4 key areas:

  • Governance Review

  • Policy Review

  • Stakeholder Feedback

  • Case Management

Each area is reviewed in turn and a report provided with key findings and high-level recommendations.

An assessment is made against a RAG Review (Red, Amber, Green) Scorecard to allow organisations to track their progress and internally monitor going forward.

In-house Strategic DEI Change Programme

For organisations looking for a strategic approach to DEI using a bespoke programme that combines personal education and organisational specifics. The DEI change programme will be tailored to suit your business landscape, enabling you to identify your specific organisational motivations and challenges, and create a strategic action plan to address these in the medium to long term. 

The programme can include:

  • Designed to explore the key concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion, using facilitated discussion of what each of these concepts mean in the context of your team, your business environment, and within your wider industry. Understanding DEI as a change management system, and identification of both personal and organisational motivations for, and barriers to, its implementation. Facilitated discussion of organisational culture, and its strategic role in DEI, and your vision for what DEI will mean in this context.

  • Enable an understanding of your tactical approach to DEI, who will be involved, and where you will start. These sessions build upon the change management principles of the strategic leadership workshop and introduce new concepts of how people wider contributors will become involved, and when. It will also develop your organisation’s ability to analyse where you are starting from and create a high-level plan for implementation.

  • Build upon the tactical knowledge and plans created. These sessions are facilitated action planning workshops for specific areas of focus, as identified during previous session. They are designed with each area of focus in mind, but will follow a framework of clarity, communication, accountability, and review processes.
