A 3-hour introductory workshop for senior leaders to discuss what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion mean in the context of your business and agree next steps for exploration and action. 

Content:

  • Exploring diversity and what this means to you as individuals, and how you observe it within your organisation

  • Examining inclusion and assessing what supporters and barriers may exist within your organisation.

  • Understanding the difference between equality and equity, and what impact equitable action may have within your workplace

  • Reflective discussion and action setting:

    • How are you currently approaching the above?

    • Where do you need to focus?

    • What risks or challenges are present?

Learning Outcomes:

  • Well informed Leaders who are more confident to navigate conversations on the basics of DEI, understanding specifically how this relates to your culture.

  • Clarity of focus for potential "next steps" approaches for DEI, within your own framework.

  • Personal awareness of how the actions of leaders may be perceived or impact others.
