Here are a few things I need to make sure you know before we hit record…

1. By appearing on the podcast, you agree to the recording and distribution of your voice, image, and performance as part of the Speaking of Inclusion… podcast.

You acknowledge that Katie Allen is the sole owner of all rights in and to the podcast and podcast episode, and that they have the right to use, publish, and distribute the podcast and podcast episode, along with your performance in any and all media formats and on all platforms as they see fit, in perpetuity.

3. Any content or materials relating to the production and distribution of the podcast and podcast episode are the property of Katie Allen.

4. You are clear that nothing in this release form implies that Katie Allen has the right to exploit any of the rights granted to you in the production of this podcast.

5. You understand that you will not receive any payment or compensation for your appearance on the podcast or podcast episode.

6. You agree to your name, image, and voice being used on the podcast and podcast episode, including in any advertising or promotional material.

7. You hereby release and discharge Katie Allen from any and all liability arising from or in connection to the making, producing, reproducing, distributing, publishing, and promotion by any means or otherwise using the podcast production.
