Fight the Fear (pilot)
A group confidence coaching workshop limited by invitation only to 4 people.
We will cover what makes us nervous about speaking up, and how to handle the unpleasant emotions we feel in these moments. As well as how to be courageous and have those conversations anyway!
We’ll also take a look at how to be more curious with people who are different to us, or disagree with us, and we’ll wrap up with an “ask me anything” section where you can literally ask anything you like and we can unpack any examples or topics that we haven’t already had the chance to explore.
This is a real-time coaching session so please come along prepared to participate.
Confidentiality and safety will always be my first priority in any session I run, therefore we will take some time to contract as a group for psychological safety, outlining what we each need in terms of psychological safety, myself included. I usually introduce some basic principals around confidentiality, judgement, kindness, etc. Then invite the group to add what is needed for them specifically.
In terms of recording this session, this will not be permitted in any format including AI note takers, unless it’s an accessibility requirement for someone, in which case that will be shared in advance so that everyone knows. Covert recording locally by participants is not permitted under any circumstances.
